We explained what we were looking for and was told that particular vehicle had just sold on the previous day. Our second choice was available so Jermaine brought the vehicle to us for a test drive. It was a black GMC Canyon AT4 and we were immediately impressed with the looks, style, comfort, and features of this truck. We told Jermaine the amount we wanted to get for a trade-in and it was accepted immediately with no haggling. This was, by far, the smoothest and fastest vehicle purchase we've ever made. Awesome service support once again. Jason accorded me special attention and went out of his way to get a warranty covered head light issue addressed in quick time. I have enjoyed working with Jason and Tom at the dealership and they are very frank and genuine in explaining issues related to the vehicle. TOP NOTCH GUYS. I have never felt that I am going to run up charges for an unnecessary set of recommended changes or work when I work with them. I love my Chevy Suburban RST 2024 as well as this dealership even though I did not buy my vehicle form them. Great vehicle and features. I do have one request - As I was made aware by GM Woodbridge dealership during my vehicle purchase, that I would always get a similar (or close to similar) class of vehicle as a loaner when leaving my care for servicing. I hope that can be honored going forward by this dealership even though I may not have bought the vehicle from them. I am a big guy with big family transportation obligations to fulfill at times.

Once again, Jason and crew nailed it. Went for my 30k service as well as to check on my Suburban RST’s Bose stereo system that stopped working. Apparently, a software glitch that was rectified in quick time. Also, Jason worked with me to plan the next service call that will involve some expenses that can be evened out through a phased approach. Jason makes his best effort to make the service bill reasonable and phased so as not to hit the wallet too much. Have total confidence in Jason and the Warrenton Lindsay dealership.
